Sale of 13A browning Street in Leamington, Rachael Seavill Review
Initially in 2024 Rachael provided free and friendly real estate info on the phone.
Because of this when we came to sell our property later we asked for her.
Initially (in mid to late 2024) she recommended that early in 2025 would be better. This was valuable.
Returning in 2025 we again worked with Rachael. We received good advice particularly re pricing.
After it had gone on the market, an offer was made and with Rachael’s advice we got a contract at the higher end of our expected price range.
Rachael dealt with communicating issues on the building assessment saving us from otherwise messy back and forth between lawyers. This saved some lawyer costs.
There was a real shambles when the sellers didn’t have the money. Rachael advised us and became an intermediary with the seller (also saving us lawyer costs) There had to be two extensions.
I don’t think the sale would have gone ahead without her management.
In my final phone call from the lawyer, she agreed with me that Racheal had done an exceptional job in terms of organising and communicating with the purchaser.
In summary, Rachael was open, helpful, and incredibly effective at helping with the sale process in terms of getting an optimum prices, and pushing through to settlement. She responded to phone calls while on holiday, and always was cheerful.
She has our highest recommendation
