Brad went over and above in a difficult set of sale circumstances.
As per the above comment, this sale had many hiccups along the way, due to a random set of circumstances - tenant issues, purchaser derailments and several other complicating factors. Throughout the process Brad remained patient and professional, advising appropriately and helpfully, keeping me up to date on process and developments, maintaining regular communication, going out of his way in so many instances and giving every effort to obtain best price possible in a trying set of circumstances. Great Agent. Friendly and nice.
Brad was really nice. Friendly and really wanted to get to know what we were after and did a great job with our slightly difficult circumstances. Managed to work around that and get us an offer from the very first open home we had that was so good we had to accept. Sold alot easier and alot faster than I had thought it would and managed to get slightly more than i was expecting to as well. Would highly recommend.
