Deborah and Sarah door knocked us and won us over with their enthusiasm, approach and knowledge. As a team they complement each other and their different styles worked for us a vendors, particularly as we worked through the debates about marketing and the inevitable price discussion. We got great feedback from the photographers and stagers on Sarah and Deborahs visions about how to present the property. When it came down to pitching our special house to the market and hooking a group of competing vendors they did and awesome job to get a great outcome for us. With a fantastic property in a bouyant market its easy to say anyone can sell a house but putting a package together where we are very proud of what we took to the market, the buyer is chuffed with what they got and we are all happy on price is a really good outcome.
