Great Plans & Advice Executed a Quick Sale!
We found James very professional and yet very warm to deal with. His advice and plans put together, got us a buyer after 3days! ie advertising went live on Friday, open home on Sunday and deal signed on Monday! He kept us up to date with the progress of the sale and his sharing of the joys of the buyers felt like we were actually there with a warm handshake. Thank you James.

A breathe of fresh air
James is an extremely talented individual that listens well. We met James in 2020 at an open home he was holding and he's kept me in touch with what's been going in the Mount property market since then. Glad that we finally managed to get a purchase over the line at asking price for the vendor, with great terms for us as buyers.

Great Experience

Over the Moon(ey)!
It was great to work with James in what transpired to be a super-fast transaction (less than a week). We loved his marketing; the descriptions, videos, images and 3D plan drew us in. James was knowedgeble about the property and had a very professional approach. We were in need of finding a house as soon as possible, and he recongnised this time pressure, communicating with us responsively (even out of hours) to keep us engaged and calm. The only drawback is that we didn't have to spend longer dealing with James, as it has been a pleasure!
