Top agent,will recommend to all,super enthusiastic

So we were scouring open homes to get a feel for an agent we wanted to use, we came across Thomas during the day,he came across as very enthusiastic asking all the right questions. We decided to use Thomas as our preffered agent, he was very professional and enthusiastic throughout the whole process, even offering his services to help me clean and tidy up the garden,including wheelbarrowing in trailer loads of bark.. The mere fact he offered his services and actually followed through is pretty remarkable. 1st open home arrived with 19 couples through which was unbelievable, 2 offers arrived a few days later of which one we accepted, 1 week later another open home produced a 3rd offer.. Long and short the house went unconditional yesterday,we are very happy with the service we received from Thomas and he got us a great price over asking. He is young and very enthusiastic, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering selling their property.
