We have found Noel a pleasure to deal with, with his easy going, considerate nature.
Selling and buying a property can be a stressful time but with Noel's helpfulness and encouragement, the process was made a lot easier. His research and appraisal was very detailed but relevant to our property. We felt we could trust him with the advice he gave us. He was easy to communicate with and nothing was too much for him. He showed professionalism at all times but was always friendly and approachable.

Trustworthy and professional with the right level of salesmanship.
Noel was a real pleasure to deal with and made our purchasing decision so much easier. We were only basically familiar with Omokoroa but with Noel being a local we knew we were in good hands. We don't like pushy sales techniques and Noel was definitely not pushy. However he remained in constant contact with us providing as much information as he could muster and accommodating our every request and sometimes tight schedule. We both gained an instant comfort zone with Noel and felt he operated with a high level of honesty and integrity. After the purchase Noel even went the extra mile and put us in touch with his organisations rental team who sorted us a great rental on very short notice while we plan the next phase of building on our section. Over the years we have bought and sold numerous properties, both houses and sections with many other agents, and for us Noel has been a standout among them. We would certainly be happy to deal with Noel again if the need should arise in the future and can absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of real estate services, especially in the Omokoroa area.

Noel is polite, has a great knowledge of the Omokoroa market and was very easy for us to deal with. He sent us emails detailing everything that happened each week and called with any major updates. We would love to use him again if the opportunity arises.

Great job, Noel!!
We have had our house on the market for 9 months /6 months with Tall Poppy, 3 months with Harcourts/. During that time we did not get any offers. Then I heard some really good comments about Tremains/ Brent Bastin team/ and we decided to have a go with them. Started marketing on Wednesday, first open home on Sunday/ 6 groups through, which never happened with neither of the companies/, had a very strong interest at the first open home, an offer next week - SOLD!! It took other agencies 9 months and NO SALE, Tremains sold it in 2 weeks. Very impressed! Good job!

Our first rural purchase
From the 1st day we met Noel, we were impressed with his professionalism and sincerity. His communication is fantastic and has continued well after our move in. Above and beyond
I have no hesitation in recommending Noel as a sales agent. Our situation was complicated in that I was acting on behalf of a friend who was selling her property after no longer being able to live in it due to health reasons. Neither of us were in the Tauranga area throughout the sale process and so, as sole agent, Noel was our "man on the ground". Noel was very professional and helpful throughout, he organised the preparation of the property for sale and kept us appraised of all developments so we were well informed and able to make appropriate decisions around marketing, maintenance of the property while on the market and during the auction itself. When unforeseen circumstances crept up he acted quickly to fix the issues. He attended all the open days and was thorough in his follow up with potential buyers. Our eventual purchasers we also extremely impressed with Noel and said they would definitely recommend him also! Thank you Noel, you went above and beyond in your service to us and we are extremely grateful for everything you did during what was a fairly stressful life event.
