We first met Grace some 9 to 10 years ago soon after she had gained her real estate licence and was a fresher to the business. At that time we were relocating into the Bay of Plenty from another District. Unfortunately we were unable to close a sale with her at that time as the property in question didn't quite suit. Grace left an impression though as an agent willing to go the distance. Wind forward almost a decade and we are leaving our rural property in the south of the District and heading to Katikati as I start my retirement plan. The property we just bought was being marketed via Grace and it was no surprise to us she was still in the business. She hadn't changed much either being the same friendly, approachable and prepared to go the extra distance for the client around their enquirys salesperson we remembered. Her marketing of the property was spot on, she was very responsive to inbound communication from us and importantly she was prepared to take into account our approach to buying. For example we wanted to get agreement done verbally before writing up an agreement with the vendors as we wished to present them with option around sale pricing for our purchase. With Grace - no problem at all and she accommodated it quickly and efficiently. Most importantly we wanted to move at speed as we have a deadline to move out of our existing recently sold house. Again no problem, Grace fitted in a next day Building Inspector, got the job done and we settled all due diligence and paid the deposit 6 days after seeing the property. Graces' friendly and bubbly nature helps build confidence as does her genuine concerns for her clients (both the sellers and buyers). If you want Katikati, GO GRACE!
