Angela was okay to work with and has a reasonably sound knowledge of the local Katikati market. I thought she could have been more assertive with her vendor for the property we bought, as he verbally agreed to signing a S&P agreement at a price we offered, then reneged, so we ended up in a multi-offer situation, and having to pay $11K more for the property bought. Needless to say, this was extremely poorly handled, unprofessional, and certainly not the most pleasant experience for us as buyers. With the current market frenzy, greed and short term gains have gotten in the way of rather building robust, long term, sustainable business relationships. Trust is everything in business, so we felt badly let down by Angela & Tremains on this occasion.

Angela Fowler marketed my home in Katikati during November and December of 2020. It was a modest, 1970's brick-veneer, two-bedroom of only seventy square meters plus an internal single garage – far from being the most expensive or desirable property on the market. Nevertheless, Angela gave it all the attention and expertise that could be expected in selling a top-of-the-line property. She continued showing it to interested parties even after she had found a buyer to my satisfaction. At that time she suffered a serious personal loss, but even then she still put time and effort into my property. In this, she was fully supported by her manager and personal assistant. I was impressed by her personal manner, her courtesy and attention to me and her easy, friendly exchanges with viewers. At first I thought that we had listed on the low side, but I trusted her judgment. It led to competition and a higher offer which gave us a settlement very much to my satisfaction. When the buyer's lawyer raised needless difficulties, Angela and her team only worked harder. Yes, I am very favorably impressed. I will not hesitate to recommend Angela Fowler and Tremains to any friend or acquaintance of mine who is entering the housing market.

Where do I begin? Angela was extremely helpful in the buying process of our property. Her knowledge of the industry and positive attitude kept us going. Angela was great to communicate with and always had both parties best interest at heart. Overall if it wasn't for her, we would've given up but she gave us hope :). Angela's assistant Michelle Hunter showed us the listed property and completed all the paperwork for our offer to purchase it. Michelle was warm, thorough and reassuring as we moved forward with our offer. We dealt with Angela primarily by phone. We found her to be personable, professional and willing to address any questions or matters we wanted to raise. We were delighted to receive a lovely gift basket from Angela after settlement and included in the gift was a perfectly sized wooden chopping board bearing Angela's monogram - now the kitchen rings to the call "where's Angela?" when food is being prepared!
