Unfortunately we had a poor experience as buyers with Boulgaris. From our initial offer we were pressured that there was a back up offer despite the property having been on the market for over 9 months. A series of contentious conversations, heated arguments and outright unprofessional behavior resulted in a poor buying experience. What little communication we had after we signed the contract, was via text message. On the day of settlement, the agent was 45 minutes late to the pre-settlement inspection. All around an incredibly bad experience.

Kristos was always positive and ready to help with anything we needed. Due to the market it was not an ideal time to sell but we were helped through the process and managed to get multiple purchasers and a multi offer scenario. We were pleased to be able to accept an offer and continue our relocation out of town in the timeframe that was ideal for our family.

After enquiring if Boulgaris Real Estate was interested in selling our property, Kristos, arrived to see us the very next day. He had already evaluated our property and compared our property to others of the same size and viability, he advised us that Boulgaris Real Estate thought they could sell our home for the price they had advised us it was worth. It's only 2 weeks since then and our home has sold already. Kristos was manning the open homes and organising private viewings, running interference for Michael, being in that hot spot we can only say that our experience of Kristos has been marvelous. At all times he was the perfect professional,we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone selling their home!

I hired Kristos after having a bad experience selling my house with another agent. He made me feel like my property and selling it optimally was his number one priority. He helped me out tremendously from changing light bulbs to explaining the different avenues we could take when selling and the steps and processes involved. He knew the market very well and what houses nearby had sold for and what their good and bad qualities were. He knew how to highlight the positive aspects of my property and how to get a good sale price based on those. I would definitely recommend Kristos to anyone wanting to sell a property as you will be well taken care of and will get great service and a great selling price on your house.

My husband and I have been in the market looking for our first home since June this year and in the chaos that is Auckland, we finally managed to find it through Kristos! Being first home buyers, we had just gone through the disappointment you feel when you narrowly miss out at auction – the real estate agent involved was there to help the seller, and you could definitely tell. We were left feeling dejected about the state of the housing market, but most of all, in the real estate business. Kristos really changed that around for us. He gave us the space to look around, and when I talked to him he was genuine about the whole process – no hard deadlines, no pushy language, just letting things progress organically. We came away feeling like this might be the one, and Kristos made it just so much easier- he was understanding, kept us in the loop every step of the way and he was really open and transparent about everything that was going on. He’s quick to answer the phone or email, and happy to help however he can to make things easier. It’s rare to find a real estate agent that seems to want to balance the experience for the vendor and the buyer alike – but Kristos came through and delivered exactly that. Can’t thank you enough for making the whole process (it took all of about two weeks) so simple and easy. We weren’t expecting the human connection in this whole experience, but you bring that, and more, to the table.
