Efficient, effective with a modest fee to boot
Great market knowledge with a sale price higher than we expected. Good communication and so quick and efficient with getting the job done with the least amount of effort on our part. Highly recommended for sure!

Above and beyond
I interviewed and compared a few different real estate company's in the central hawkes bay area, however my mind was made up the day Tina walked up my driveway. I instantly felt like the sale of my house would be in the right hands. Tina was amazing to have as my real estate agent, professional, organized, great personality and went above and beyond. Not only did I list with Black & White as they offer a lower a selling fee than other companies, I also got FREE marketing. Other firms were slightly put out stating “you get what you pay for!”. I can tell you I got more than that. 4 days on the market, 26 groups through my home, 8 offers on the table and SOLD in 4 days for nearly $80K more than the other companies said I would get. I also saved over $6k in real estate fees and got free marketing. Why would you bother using any other firm in Central Hawkes Bay, Black & White Real Estate and Tina are the stand out best!

Was an amazing experience
Tina was really committed and very. helpful towards getting a house for us and we would really recommend her to anyone who wants to sell or buy there own home. We really appreciate what she has done for us. She went above and beyond for us and told us to believe in her which we did. She made the whole experience so straight foward and kept us well informed along the way. We weren’t disappointed!

Very friendly and professional person to deal with
Tina was very professional in every aspect of this sale and went the extra mile to suggest the staging of the house to giving me ideas on how to do a few finishing touches here and there, she took the time to keep me informed on the reviews she received during the sale and updates of interest she was collecting on my property . I highly recommend Tina and would definitely use her again

Family home
My time with Tina was brief. I need my family home sold quick. I needed a top price. I need it to go to someone who will enjoy my family home, but I needed it sold without My involvement. It is sold and I can tick all boxes. Tina Chamberlain was what I would say Is smooth to deal with. Completely up front, honest, and showed compassion for the family home and everyone involved. Amazing experience
Tina was very professional and kept everything running smoothly between both us the home buyers and the vendors. She worked very hard to help us get the home that we wanted and as first home buyers everything was quite daunting but Tina helped us understand the market and how everything worked. Would definitely recommend her as an agent for people wanting to sell and buy homes.
