Assistance with selling an overpriced house

I was essentially in charge of selling my fathers property in Te Kauwhata. Tracy sold the place to my father and his partner initially, and I was tasked under my fathers instructions to allow Tracy to resell it again on his behalf. Initially the price was set at the original purchase price. Tracy did her best to sell at our asking price,but we found a bit later that the market had moved backwards in the meantime. The asking price was moved downward a couple of time and eventually, we met the market and got a sale. I found Tracy thoroughly agreeable to work with, always professional, always available on the phone if I had any questions and generally, she went out of her way to enable the sale for us. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a sales agent in the Te Kauwhata area.
