We write this with reluctance, but we have dealt with a number of different RE Agents over the years, including Bayleys and except for the manager's (Sean?) interactions over the sale day itself did not feel of any value or importance to Kylie during the whole process. Business-like to the point of being brusque, and in a way almost patronising. (I know better than you how this will all work out). We felt this process was just another set of boxes to tick not a client-vendor relationship that should have been developed considering the significant commission she and her partner would be earning. We had the least amount of ongoing communication with her during the sale process that we have ever experienced, and absolutely minimal (virtually none) since then. The difference between this experience and that of the Agent dealing with the house we bought is staggering. They may be your most successful Agents, but I am sorry would would not be recommending them. Gillian and Maxwell

I want to say that working with Linda Bird from Bayleys real estate in Whitianga was a great experience. Her communication is outstanding, she gave me explanations every step of the way, so the process was easy and I got weekly updates on open homes and inquiries. There was never any trouble in answering my questions and queries, and these were all answered in a way I could understand. Linda surrounds herself with a team of experts, so when we had an issue with council, she was able to recommend the right person who helped rectify the problem. She has a very personalized approach with my best interest at heart. Linda has expert market knowledge of the area which was evident from our very first meeting a year prior to putting the home up for sale, she was not pushy but waited for me to decide on a date for starting the sales process. The whole handling of the sale could have been very stressful but Linda’s professionalism and calm knowledgeable approach meant that it became an easy process. We had our property listed with someone else before listing with Kylie and Belinda, and once we changed over, wow what a difference. Kylie's local and in-depth knowledge of the area stood out straight away. She was very upfront, honest and kept us in the loop on what was happening in the market.
