They met with us with a comprehensive plan and followed it till the job got done
As a team the marketing, communication skills and professionalism were great. After each open home they would report back to us with either a text or a phone call as well as weekly reports. We would have no hesitation to use them again in the future.

A Genuine Pleasure to work with Lea.
Lea has been great to work with. We do know the area very well so that aspect was not so important but what was really great was the excellent communications and specific advice on the property. Lea kept us advised on what was happening with the vendors and the appropriate information on their purchase at Koru Rise, particularly regarding the completion date.

Best Agent Ever
We have bought and sold a total of four houses and Lea has been far and away the best agent that we have ever dealt with. Our Tairua sale was a tricky one as it was a niche property, high end, off-grid, remote and selling at a difficult period in the market. Due to the uniqueness of the property the sales process was a long one, and Lea was with us every step of the way. As Kerry works in marketing we worked on developing the campaign together, Lea was extremely accommodating whilst bringing her wealth of experience to the job. Together we created something very special and Lea worked incredibly hard following up every lead and keeping us informed every step of the way. There was never a day when we regretted having Lea handling the sale of our property, she is professional, honest, hard working, a good negotiator, extremely experienced and really supported us through the emotional ups and downs too! We were confident that she would achieve the best possible price that she could for us, and indeed she did.
