Excellent Service
Kylie and Belinda were fantastic to deal with - friendly and professional. There were a range of conditions that needed to be worked through, but they made everything come together in a timely (and relatively stress free) manner. Chelsea who had the open home did a wonderful show off the home and Neil member who was very helpful in making sure I got the extra treatment with purchase an keys for my new home. Great experience
In mid 2024 we worked with Linda Bird to look at apartment properties in Whitianga to use as a possible investment. Linda was really helpful with sound advice and willingness to explore all options for us to explore. When it became apparent that apartments were not going to suit us because of their “no dogs” policies Linda explored other opportunities for us which resulted in us purchasing a stand alone property. The purchase wasn’t an easy one requiring much negotiation and information for insurance, possible letting advice and a building report. Linda was always available, gave excellent advice and found information for us which wasn’t always easy to get. Linda was easy to work with, answered queries promptly, worked on our behalf and secured the purchase of our property at a price we were happy with. We have no hesitation in recommending Linda as a reliable and professional real estate agent.

Helpful, professional and tenacious!
When we started our search for a property in the area, Lea quickly became our go-to real estate agent. She listened carefully to what we were after, and worked so hard for us. Her communication was excellent, always replying to our questions promptly. Nothing was too much trouble.
