I have wanted to write to you to express our sincere gratitude for helping us with the decision to sell and the sale of our home at Ferry Landing. Lea, as you know this was a very difficult decision for us, had it not been for the Covid 19 Pandemic we could not have offered the property to the market, but with worldwide border closures and no definite plan in place for a Trans-Tasman bubble we decided that the home was too precious to us to leave empty and renting was not an option for us. Lea, you encouraged us to press on when we were getting early offers (which a lot of agents wouldn’t have done) then presented multiple offers at the close of Tender, securing us a sale price of which we could not refuse, there is not another agent in the entire area that I would recommend over you.
