Exceptional Service!

Tanya was amazing from the first email we received through to the time we settled. She gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. She was knowledgeable about the property and its history. If we had questions she didn't immediately know the answer to, she'd get back to us within an hour or so. When it came to the auction, Tanya acted on our behalf and made sure we were as prepared as possible. She kept us calm in what was a stressful situation being our first auction. Us securing the sale was definitely down to the support she gave us. There were hiccups at our end and Tanya kept on top of things so they didn't get away from us, as well as being patient with us while we worked through the issues.
