Our experience selling 3 Carlton Avenue was above par. Communication from the agent was generally good, although we felt there could have been a little more proactivity and effort put into achieving the best possible result for the property Her assistant was excellent with communication and very responsive, although there were a few occasions where greater attention to detail would have been appreciated. The property was ultimately sold and we appreciate the work involved in getting it across the line. Overall, a satisfactory experience with some room for improvement in proactivity and attention to detail.

We couldn’t recommend Kim and Duncan enough! 🏡❤️ Duncan hosted the open home when we first viewed the house and we ended up doing most of our conversations with him throughout the buying process. He was always so easy to deal with and was happy to answer all our random questions, even when we were texting him at 9pm with something we’d just thought of 😂 Kim was fantastic too. She was so lovely to deal with and went out of her way to help us, especially showing our family through the home after we went unconditional and before settlement. It was really special being able to share the house with our family before we officially move in. You can tell they work really well together and are always on the same page, which made the whole process so easy for us. We really appreciated having both of them involved and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the moment I met Jean I just knew she was the agent I was going to use to sell Mums estate. Jean took care of everything for me as I was an overseas vendor. Jean was available 7 days a week for questions and answers nothing was ever too hard. Communication was no problem informing me every time she had an inquiry or potential buyer and their feedback. She went over and above with the advertising of the property.
