Madi has many qualities and it's has been a pleasure dealing with her and Mitch Agnew from Bayleys. Despite a very gloomy market, she has patiently pushed through and her hard work has eventually paid off. Warm and friendly, positive, punctual and professional, she has taken the time to explain and report on the situation, provide insights and propose solutions. What I have really valued was the genuine kindness and interest in us and our financial difficulties. Madi is solid under pressure, realistic, trustworthy and intelligent. I warmly recommend her and I am sad her territory does not extend beyond Wellington, as I would have loved her to accompany me in my new real estate projects in the Wairarapa.

As well as knowledge of the market etc, one wants to feel a connection (whanaungatanga). Ben is very personable - soft-spoken - pleasant. He always asked for our opinion and was always able to provide advice when we asked for it.
