Steve was known to me as a leading salesperson in the area, particularly for getting excellent results in sales and it was largely because of his experience and reputation we decided to appoint his as our salesperson. We were selling in a falling market and from the time we made the initial enquiry regarding selling until the house went on the market that had been massive drops in sales expectations. Steve kept us fully advised of the trends and suggested a variety of sales methods. When a purchaser became serious Steve appeared to do all he could to raise the price but eventually we mutually settled on a figure. No known problems occurred during the process and we are both very satisfied with the result - but not with the current market

Steve Slicker worked so hard in this difficult price lowering, media scaring, rising interest rates, Hutt Valley market to sell my house in Silverstream as did Tara. As this is only the second House I have sold I really appreciated their knowledge and advice on the many aspects of selling. They held a weekly open home and had many appointments for viewing to attend and show people through. I was kept informed at all times. The very professional Steve and Tara did an awesome job for which I am very grateful.
