Pippa (and her colleagues) were very friendly as well as being good teachers of the house/land sale mechanism as it existed in 2025. We needed this as we had not been involved in a house sale for more than 30 years. Pippa also very promptly forwarded documents relevant to the marketing process and later keeping us up to date with approaches and views of potential buyers making inquiries prior to and after open house days. Also, the text and photographs for the marketing on the web site and for newspaper advertisements. The set up of the interior of our house for photographing it was like a set up for a movie! Finally, the recommendation to sell using an auction was very appropriate.
