Tracy was great to deal with from start to finish. She kept us well informed throughout the whole process and communication was always excellent, which we really appreciated. We always felt like we knew what was happening and what the next steps were. She was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and always happy to answer any questions we had. There were a few decisions we needed to make along the way and Tracy was really helpful in talking us through the different options and giving us the information we needed to make the right choices.
