“When we decided to sell our property, we chose Anton to be our agent. He had previously evaluated our property, so we knew him. What a great choice that turned out to be! He took particular care in assessing the property in all its aspects. His calculated valuation was spot on. Not too high to give us false hopes but quite realistic. He immediately set about working his database and to our surprise in a couple of weeks he had had a couple of prospective buyers through the property even though it was not yet officially on the market! Another week and we had a contract. Anton is very easy to work with. He lets you run at your own pace not pushing but at the same time keeping you very well informed.
