I liked Carmen the moment I met her; she is definitely not the stereotypical agent, such a lovely, relatable lady. Our situation was a tad tricky with the different personalities of our family and a solicitor involved, all of which she handled it with great aplomb. I am truly thankful to Carmen and her expertise.
