We enjoyed working with Phil and Team Mangos - down to earth but thorough, with a great understanding of the range of potential industry buyers. Talked through the options really clearly and suggested approaches. Presented a sound marketing plan with timing and range of advertising available which wasn't needed as he found a buyer early. Excellent horticultural knowledge which helped in planning to bring the property to market and in the negotiation process. Good communication and was able to contact Phil, Robyn or one of the team at short notice. Wide network of contacts which enabled early sale. Reacted quickly when opportunities for a sale presented. Robust processes to enable the property sale from almost anywhere. Throughout the whole process Phil suggested ways to trim costs for us where appropriate.
