Greg is very professional in his dealings and is very knowledgeable.

Greg encouraged us to put an offer on paper even though we knew we couldn't afford the price the vendors wanted. When they counter offered 80k more than our offer, we thought it had been a waste of time. But in the end, after months of looking at other houses, the vendor's situation changed and they came back to our original offer.
