She guided us through the entire process. We are very busy and she made sure we always knew what dates we needed to be ready by and was always in communication. She was very patient and did a lot of listening. She held multiple open homes on different days and times to get a range of buyers through. Overall the experience was seamless. As Superannuates, partner with High Needs, we had a lot of special requirements in order to keep a stable consistent routine. Anu and Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure their health and wellbeing was priority and interrupted as little as possible. They physically went out of their way to achieve a stable environment for our family. Though we were high needs clients, who required more input than the average listing, they had a very pleasant approachable manor nothing was too much to ask of them. Jeremy and Anu were extremely clear and excellent communicators with a high level of thoughtfulness and respect extended to us.
