Explained everything clearly, always available to answer questions and negotiated hard for us.
He always explained us clearly. He knew the market very well. He constantly updated us with what's happening. From day one he was proactive, honest and made the whole process stress free. We couldn't even have asked for better. He is an absolute legend. He sold our house very fast and kept us in the loop the whole time. He is professional, friendly and gets results which makes you so happy. He is surely highly recommended. If you want someone who actually listens and delivers the best result this is your agent.

Great Agents
We’re really pleased with the work that Jeremy and Anu did marketing and selling our property. Being based overseas during the sale process was pretty daunting, but knowing we had agents on the ground who were willing to do what was needed to get the deal over the line was great. We were slightly nervous about the pricing and marketing strategy suggested, but the open dialogue of the rationale behind their recommendations ultimately allowed us to trust their expertise and were really happy with the outcome. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell in the New Plymouth area.

Great team
I didn't deal with Anu at all, never met him though I'm sure he is lovely! Have been asked to review him multiple times now, would love to if I knew who he was. I dealt with his partner, Jeremy Watson, who was absolutely great. I had met him already at a number of open homes and found him to be approachable, friendly and professional. The process of buying the house was incredibly easy thanks to him.

Kathy has been engaging and efficient with the sale of my house. She set up an advertising program and then reported hits/followers and interested buyers. Selecting several good prospects and bringing one successful buyer on board. From there taking she guided me through the endless forms, negotiation, lawyers and requirements to get it sold. A Very Brief Joy!
We didn't intend to go through this process until we found ourselves in an open home hosted by Jeremy Watson. We immediately fell in love with the home and from there it was a whirlwind process with Jeremy and Anu that has been a real pleasure. The guys came to our place and gave us a list of practical suggestions for getting our house sold quickly and at the best possible price. We followed their advice to the letter and had regular check-ins about progress and other ways to approach the sale. Jeremy and Anu have an incredible market knowledge individually and together, their personable manner and communication styles have made this entire process as close to being joyful as possible. Any questions we've had have been answered swiftly and at no point have we questioned our decision to do this with them. We couldn't recommend them highly enough. Professionalism beyond reproach, funny, intelligent and bursting with knowledge and experience. Thank you lads, it's been a pleasure.
