From our initial meeting, presenting our appraisal and every step of the sale process we found communication, market knowledge and professionalism at an extremely high standard. I was recommending Anna before we had agreed sale on our home as we had such confidence she would deliver. At the time the market was challenging and we secured two signed contract in 6 weeks from listing. I highly recommend both agents and would definitely use them again.

Agent was chosen due to meeting at previous open homes and being impressed with level of preparation and knowledge of the property being marketed. High level of communication through market appraisal process and throughout the marketing process. Good advice on staging which had a positive result. Appraisal was very accurate related to the final selling price and a successful sale in a short period of time in a very slow market. Happy to get over RV. Our agent matched the property to the eventual buyer perfectly.
