Committed and knowledgeable
I highly recommend Denise, Courtney and Carolyn from Bayleys Takanini. From the first meeting to discuss the property and throughout the whole process of selling the property they were amazing. Their communications were outstanding and always on time and they kept us fully informed at all times of any developments. These girls are committed, high energy, full of knowledge and great at problem solving. An awesome team who I would not hesitate to use again. Thank you to all three of them for an amazing job.

Denise and Courtney were amazing. Their positive approach to selling our property was very refreshing. They compliment each other in their approach to selling, showing professionalism, respect & empathy in what can at times be very stressful. Nicolas Premat is the best person to work with.
The process of looking for a house is taunting and tiring but working with Mr Premat was the best ever. His name was given to us by the bank. Not only he is always very professional, the smile on his face makes viewing pleasurable and fun. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market, so easy to work with in terms of booking viewing and suggesting properties and we all enjoy the time we spend viewing houses. Very friendly, very professional to other agents that we met and always very patient. He listen to what we wanted and suggest things otherwise. The length of time we work with Nicolas made us see that he was genuine, very focus in his role and wanted the very best for us. Excellent Agent was a pleasure to work with him.
Nicolas was very proactive, good communicator and always prompt and on time with any request. He knows how to work with Pacific people and cultural approaches. Very helpful as we were first time buyer. He walked us through with the process and we achieved our goal of buying our first home.
