After leasing for many years, Pete and his wife Sally purchased their first farm, "Te Rangiura" 32 years ago, and since then have significantly developed and added to the property alongside a full-time career in rural real estate. He holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (soils and valuation) and a Diploma in Real Estate, with this combination of qualifications and experience underpinning a strong understanding of the operational, environmental and financial drivers of rural land value. A former Director and Principal of Bayleys Ruapehu, Whanganui, Manawatū and Wairarapa, Pete played an instrumental role in establishing and growing Bayleys’ presence throughout the lower North Island. Today, he focuses on what he enjoys most, working directly alongside rural property owners across the Manawatū-Whanganui region, with a key focus on the Rangitīkei and Ruapehu districts.
