Sara is awesome, knowledgeable, kind, honest and friendly. Sara is an excellent communicator and completed excellent work, working with our tricky customer. Sara's efforts paid off though and Sara got the sale over the line. We really enjoyed Sara's openness, honesty, kindness and support through the selling process. I found Adam to be very approachable, transparent and trustworthy throughout the entire process of purchasing our house. His communication was top notch - he was proactive and followed up regularly in the lead up to the auction to ensure I had prepared well for it. Adam was always diligent in following up with the vendor regarding any specific questions I had, and he demonstrated great flexibility by making efforts to accommodate any requests we made. On auction day, Adam introduced me to his manager who offered to help me with the bidding, which made the entire process much easier and less stressful.
