From our very first contact with Gareth at an open home we went to, he's not just an agent, he's a friend. For the following 9 months he guided us through a very stressful time, and at no time did he hassle us. His knowledge of the market helped us determine a selling price, nd be guided by an overinflated price that wasn't practical. It was hard to leave Catherine Street after 25 years but Gareth helped us find our perfect home nd helped us navigate both buying nd selling. The most impressive attribute Gareth has is his on going contact with us, not just as agent but the friend he has become. We would certainly recommend him to anyone looking at selling, for his excellent communication and very cheerful personality which made him easy to get on with.

Nikki helped us sell a property in difficult circumstances. As strangers to the NZ property world we got the help, support and advice from Nikki we needed to help us navigate this sale. Nikki's advice and knowledge was reassuring and very much appreciated - she 'held our hand' throughout the process, and particularly when we encountered some 'bumps' along the way. I didn't think we would be able to sell as swiftly and smoothly as we did, and this very much down to Nikki and her colleague. We met Gareth as buyers and found him honest professional, down to earth and genuine, which made choosing him to sell our house so much easier. The entire experience was a breeze, he took all the stress away and made our first time selling smooth. To put the cherry on the top he showed us our house that we brought to so not only did he sell our old house he introduced us to our new home to, everyone we met through bayleys were so lovely and easy to deal with and we can’t thank them enough for going on this journey with us.

Amazing to work with! The communication was wonderful and our house was under contract within the first week.
