The best in town
We had a fantastic experience dealing with Paris Smith from Bayleys Real Estate. Paris was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. Fantastic agent to work with

Excellent communication and a genuine friendly person
He was factual and didn’t try pressuring us at all. I felt I could trust him and his team which was a very important issue for me having had a very negative experience selling a home in the past. I selected Dave partly because of a recommendation and party his friendly, knowledgeable manner. I I did not use rate my agent as I didn’t know it existed. I enjoyed working with Dave, Leanne and Rachel. I would definitely use Dave and team in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.
