I would like to share my thoughts and experience about the journey to first home buyer. After searching the wide range of property in the market, we met Vardaan through general enquiry of the property in Nawton. As we were looking for a house with some land area, we viewed the property. Somehow with the discussion with my partner, we came to a conclusion that we want to buy a recently built house. After viewing the property, Vardaan took us to 1/7 saint pauls road, chartwell. Even though there is less land area. It ticked all other boxes. Vardaan helped us with the price negotiation and also help to get some chattels included. He is a very nice guy with very good knowledge about property and the market. He is so professional at his job that he passionately delivers extreme service to us. He helped us to sign the contract within few hours and was deal done. It was such a quick and straight forward that we didnt have to worry about anything. He helped to go through each and every process so that we can get the house. It was an amazing experience to work with him and also recommend other to get in touch if you need any details about the property and its market.
