Brilliant communication, worked tirelessly for a great outcome
Sheryl was amazing, she communicated with us exactly how we asked. Was honest open and respectful at all times. We felt she was always working towards the best outcome for us. She believed in our home and in her ability to find the right buyer and she delivered on all front’s. Its so important when selling your home to have someone who you can trust totally, we have been in our home for 18 years it’s more then a house to us, Sheryl got that. It’s been an exciting six weeks. We really appreciated your significant experience and advice guiding us through this process. Your help in commenting on the preparation of the property – the “do’s and don’t do’s” was very valuable. Also, your very realistic assessment of the property value and the benefits of the auction process was later proved to be spot on. With hindsight it could not have run more smoothly and you helped us to remain confident when we might have wavered.
