I found Lydia and Dan great to deal with in selling our orchard. They had very good knowledge of all aspects of the running of a rural business and guided us along the way, helping us avoid potential issues and pitfalls we were not aware of. They kept us informed of developments at every stage and had a good handle of what was going on from all angles. They are friendly and relaxed but also understand that this is a big step for the vendors and purchasers and were sensitive to this.
