It is a tough market out there at the moment. If you are prepared to make the most of the specialist knowledge that Chris & Liz have with regard to beachside property, you'll likely get a sale. These agents are friendly and approachable, not pushy. They have a knack of giving off a relaxed beach vibe while also being supremely professional. Communication was easy in whichever form you chose and they always returned calls promptly. We can't thank Chris and Liz enough. Having made the decision to move away from Whiritoa, both Chris and Liz were fabulous. The listing process was very smooth, their expert and local in-depth knowledge was honest and excellent. We were always kept updated and Chris worked patiently as things moved toward a sale, he made the whole process pleasant and even fun at times which ended in a great result for us.

When I found myself in the difficult position of having to sell my Mother's beloved home Blair was empathetic, extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process, bringing the property to a successful sale at auction. What a great experience with the Dale, Gordon and Leonie team at Bayleys Whangamata. They genuinely love real estate and it shows through their energy and passion for all parts of the process. These guys know their market and get results. From the outset the team were professional and prompt with getting things underway and were receptive to our needs and tailored a marketing package to what we wanted, Dale is incredibly responsive and timely in all communications and dealings and we really appreciated him working hard in a weak market to get a multi offer.
