When I found myself in the difficult position of having to sell my Mother's beloved home Blair was empathetic, extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process, bringing the property to a successful sale at auction. Blair is a very friendly person, easy going and went above and beyond the call of duty, even pulling up his sleeves and mucking in on the ground to help with preparing the property for market.

An outstanding team

What a great experience with the Dale, Gordon and Leonie team at Bayleys Whangamata. They genuinely love real estate and it shows through their energy and passion for all parts of the process. These guys know their market and get results. From the outset the team were professional and prompt with getting things underway and were receptive to our needs and tailored a marketing package to what we wanted, Dale is incredibly responsive and timely in all communications and dealings and we really appreciated him working hard in a weak market to get a multi offer. He was very accessible and informative and we appreciated him promptly following up all interested parties and reporting back, Gordon brings loads of experience and knows the market and we found him very helpful in providing valuable information Leonie is a real asset, engaging and friendly and efficient pulling it all together in the background to ensure a seamless process.
