Perched high on Mount Paku, this is the kind of kiwi bach people talk about but rarely find. Watch the sun bounce off the water from morning through to dusk and feel like you are floating above it all.
Tucked away in a private cul de sac and elevated East-facing iving, this two-bedroom, one bathroom retreat captures incredible views across the Pacific Ocean to Slipper and Shoe Island.
There is an unmistakable charm here. Vintage, cool as anything, and full of personality. It is a place that instantly feels good the moment you walk in. Whether it becomes your weekend escape, holiday haven, or something more permanent, it is easy to fall in love with exactly how it is.
For those thinking ahead, architecturally designed plans are ready and waiting for a stunning new build that makes the most of this exceptional position, which can never be built out. Or simply keep it as your classic kiwi bach and enjoy it for generations to come.
With a carport, two off-street carparks, and a setting that offers both privacy and elevation, this is a rare opportunity to secure a slice of Mount Paku magic. Phone today to view or visit one of our many open homes.
