Heather was attentive, helpful and diligent in marketing the property. Communication was excellent with weekly reports and updates. She was flexible in her arrangements and able to have open homes regularly. Her delivery of an agreement, when it happened, was prompt. She perhaps needs to allow more time for clients to consider issues.
