From the very first meeting I was most impressed by Fraser's attention to detail, interest in the project and his concern to communicate clearly what he and colleagues could do for us while listening attentively to our concerns and wishes. He was always a step ahead, very helpfully setting up a WhatsApp platform for instant communication which proved really useful in the pretty short time frame I had on the ground in NZ and now having moved overseas. He kept us up to date with all the marketing campaign, telling us about progress with the Open Homes and interested parties right up to and including the actual auction (we attended online and Fraser was most helpful in making that work smoothly) . Now the house is sold, he is continuing to be very helpful with tying up the several loose ends which remain until settlement day. I have given Fraser 5 stars, but would happily give him ten or more... he obviously enjoys his work, shows not only great enthusiasm and energy, but achieved the desired results and more. Cannot recommend him more highly and wish him all the best in his future career. If you are putting a property on the market and have the good fortune to work with Fraser, you will be in very good hands. Thank you Fraser!
