I met Alison and her team while browsing around open homes, and as I was wanting to sell my property shortly thereafter asked them for an appraisal and proposal to market it, and compared with proposals from other local agents. I was impressed with her knowledge of the local area, and sound understanding of who the likely demographic my home may appeal to. I was then confident to list my home with Alison knowing that the process would be in good hands. She gave good advice from the outset about the staging and presentation, and then we were underway quickly thereafter. The communication and updates throughout were very pleasing and reassuring, and I especially appreciated her quick responses and adaptations when we learned at the last minute that we were going back into Level 3 before the auction. I highly recommend Alison. We sold our home through Alison and it is the second home we have sold with Alison. We did however both times do our due diligence both times and meet with three real estate agents to see who was the best fit. We found Alison was by far the most eager and engaging which was important to me as I felt if an agent does not try hard with the vendor they most definitely will not work hard with the buyers! Alison was professional from our first meeting right through to beyond settlement, and kept me updated regularly regarding the 116 groups that went through my property during the marketing process. She was respectful towards our home, and also went above and beyond assisting with the staging of our home; for example fully providing what was displayed in the bathroom.
