This reduced the number of interested buyers and created real challenges for the agent in a rapidly cooling market. Peter's perseverance and problem solving skills got a difficult sale over the finish line. Any agent can sell a perfect house in a hot market, but now that it's a buyers' market again, experience like Peter's really counts.
