He recommended a good time to list the property and kept in contact even before the property went to market. He was very professional and an excellent communicator-following up after every viewing/open home with a verbal update and substantive feedback plus a weekly meeting for complete feedback each week during the campaign. I felt as if Nick understood our expectations, managed them during the campaign but then delivered at auction.
