Nick always picks up his phone. He gave us a realistic appraisal of the house not just one to get the business. He did open home's and followed those who attended really well In the end he sold it to someone who hadn’t thought it was for them but loved it when they went through. I highly recommend Nick as a good agent who works hard. In addition he’s very personable and keeps vendor and purchaser fully updated which is important.

He recommended a good time to list the property and kept in contact even before the property went to market. He was very professional and an excellent communicator-following up after every viewing/open home with a verbal update and substantive feedback plus a weekly meeting for complete feedback each week during the campaign.
