Even though we never got the chance to meet Jono in person we felt well looked after and very well informed as to what was going on. Jono was really pleasant to deal with. He is always prompt, efficient when attending to my queries about the property. When he comes across something he is unsure of, he goes out of his way to find the answers and provide them back to me in a timely manner. Jono was also extremely helpful during my negotiations with the vendor/developer to achieve the best results for both parties. Jono has great industry knowledge and experience in the wider Ponsonby area (that I know of) and I trust his opinions when making my buying decisions. It was a pleasure to deal with Jono and my buying experience is definitely one of the best.
