Jos understood straight away we were DIYers looking for a home we could transform with our own ideas and energy, and drew on her extensive renovation background to answer our questions. She sought more information for us on the original construction from the buyers when we needed it, and was straight up about the condition of the house - what was in good condition, and what would need immediate attention. Between Jos's honesty and rennovation knowledge and her ability to dig up the construction info we needed, we were able to estimate future repairs and renovations. That made us confident enough to make a pre-auction offer, and we're stoked to now start working on this beautiful home!
