It takes a Team Of Three

Grant and Debbie had to work extra hard on this one. Being a close friend, who was expecting "top dollar", it was a challenge they rose to. I have never liked the concept of auctions, but Grant insisted that I trust him. I must say, knowing the sale date and them finding 3 very interested parties, gave us a very exciting build up. We were not disappointed on the day, and all credit goes to the work Grant and Debbie put in, together with their vast experience of the Queenstown market. Also, a very special mention must go to Natalie, their PA. She kept us fully informed with the endless paperwork required, and was able to answer any questions immediately. What a team, we would highly recommend them to any seller or buyer.
