Gosh I was super super impressed with them both. Sid was really fast to do exactly what we asked, and very, very good with communication. I liked his approach and he was relaxed calm and there was no pushiness! I deal with salespeople with my position at CL and I would refer to both Sid and Karan. Karan I have dealt with on another matter throughout the course of my work. He also was very impressive, very lovely to deal with, nice manner and my client raved about him – and I must admit, he went way above and beyond for her.
