Before we even listed, they offered guidance on legal matters, assisted with staging options, connected us with reliable tradespeople, and even after negotiating a successful contract (within three weeks of the house going on the market!), they continued helping us work through building issues. We really appreciated David’s steadying advice in pressured situations, and prompt communications / responsiveness at all hours. Jennifer and David’s advice and knowledge about the market and how to approach the sale was bang on, and we felt David really tried to get the best result for us as opposed to going for the first/quickest sale as some agents do. We have developed an affectionate respect for David who was our main agent. We also appreciated the responsive and available team working alongside him.
