As a first time buyer at an auction, Ralph provided us with practical advice on how to prepare and what to think about before heading into an auction. At the open home he had good knowledge of the house and past alterations / plumbing services that could be again utilised, giving further options on how the house could be used. Post-auction Ralph remained approachable, friendly and polite.
