In a still depressed market she managed to secure twenty plus bidder registrations for the auction - with that number it was not surprising when the property sale price exceeded our expectations.

My partner and I were in the process of cleaning up our property as it had already been on the market for several months and nothing from the agent was happening, until one day this vibrant young women knocks on the door and says "I've been stalking you and want to sell your house." We chose to go with Sheryn as she has a high level of professionalism, Sheryn also offered us great comparable information when we were getting ready to sell our home. We were really confused on what style of selling we would use “ Auction, BEO or Fixed price.” Sheryn took the time to sit down with us and talk us through each option. Sheryn was really accommodating and was always available when we need to chat. Our property wasn’t on the market long before Sheryn brought us 3 offers to look over.
